Ocean's Eleven is the modern heist movie's finishing school, a Vegas casino job assembled from eleven specialists, a bottomless wardrobe budget, and the most relaxed movie-star chemistry of its era. Steven Soderbergh directs the caper like lounge jazz, George Clooney and Brad Pitt trade half-finished sentences that built a whole genre's banter standard, and the triple-vault finale still snaps shut with watchmaker satisfaction. The stakes never feel dangerous, the women mostly decorate, and none of it matters at this altitude. Cool was the job, cool was the take, and the film walked out the front door with all of it.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is Tarantino's most relaxed and personal film, a sun-soaked love letter to 1969 Los Angeles that spends two and a half hours hanging out with its characters before unleashing a violent, cathartic finale that rewrites history. Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt have electric chemistry as a fading TV star and his stuntman, and the recreation of late-1960s Hollywood is meticulous to the point of obsession. The pacing is deliberately languid, with long stretches that prioritize atmosphere over plot, and viewers who need a story to drive forward will find the first two hours aimless. Margot Robbie's Sharon Tate deserved more to do. But as an exercise in mood, nostalgia, and the bittersweet feeling of watching an era end, it's one of Tarantino's richest achievements.

F1: The Movie straps IMAX cameras onto real Formula 1 cars during real Grand Prix weekends and delivers the most convincing racing footage ever put in a fiction film. Brad Pitt's aging journeyman Sonny Hayes joins the grid's worst team for one last season, and Joseph Kosinski runs the underdog playbook with the same maximum-gloss conviction he brought to fighter jets. The plot is assembled entirely from sports movie spare parts and the racing logic makes actual F1 fans wince, but as pure theater-scale spectacle it's irresistible. Sometimes the formula is the point.

Fury gets the inside of a tank right in ways that no previous film has managed, creating a claustrophobic, visceral portrait of armored warfare that makes you understand both the power and the vulnerability of the men inside. Brad Pitt's crew feels like a unit that's been living and fighting together for years, and the tank combat sequences deliver a weight and intensity that justify the film's existence within a crowded WWII genre. The final-stand climax pushes credibility past the breaking point, and some of the middle-section drama circles familiar war-movie territory. But when the hatches close and the shells start flying, Fury operates at a level that most war films never reach.
